About Mark

Mark C. Bender is a longtime resident of Central Florida, attending Edgewater High School (Class of 1976) and the University of Central Florida, graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1980. He obtained his Juris Doctorate at Ohio Northern University in 1985. After graduation and prior to opening his law practice in 1990, Mark C. Bender worked for the Office of the State Attorney in Orlando for 4 years. He has handled thousands of criminal cases and has tried over 120 jury trials.


Mark Bender is a former Prosecutor and Past President of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, who has been practicing law for thirty years in the Orlando area. Always respectful and professional in court, Mark has cultivated a good reputation as a trial attorney with extensive courtroom and trial experience representing individuals in nearly every type of criminal case.
